Epler's Maple Syrup
Each year, during the cold winter month of January our sap lines are being repaired. Preparations are being made at our sap house for the upcoming season. In mid February, each of our maple trees is carefully tapped. Sap flows from each one as the day time temperatures rise. Everyone is busy collecting sap, boiling sap, double checking sap lines canning pure maple syrup and making maple treats. As the weather gets warmer and tiny pink buds form on the maple trees, our maple season will come to a close. Even though the sap is no longer flowing from the trees, we are still busy canning syrup, making candy and selling our product. Maple syrup is 100% natural. It takes about 40 gallons of sap to make one gallon of pure maple syrup. Pure maple syrup has no additives or preservatives. For more information on maple syrup, grading maple syrup and maple syrup health benefits check out our fun facts page. We hope you enjoy our web site. Please feel free to contact us at [email protected] with any questions you may have. Maple season is here. We are busy tapping trees, checking lines, fixing pumps and collecting sap. We are also busy sending maple all over the US. We would like to thank all the Inns who now use Epler's Maple Syrup for their breakfasts. We have also been busy with our grade B maple syrup. This year we have been especially busy shipping to all of you who do the maple cleanse or "colon cleanse" diet. We hope that you have enjoyed our grade B syrup. I know, through hearing from you, this maple diet "colon cleanse" diet is working. We hope to have an awesome sap season. Thank You for stopping by,
